We recruit people on a variety of contractual bases: as salaried employees; as contractors; and also as potential employees for our clients.

In order to locate the best people, we operate a very selective but flexible recruitment policy. In some situations we will engage people based anywhere in the world, provided they can meet some very specific personal, technical, procedural and contractual operating criteria.

Europa provides its clients with flexible resourcing solutions which involve a number of staff placement options:

• Onsite use of Europa staff on a temporary basis
• Onsite use of Europa staff with option to transfer to client payroll
• Recruitment of staff through Europa straight to client payroll

We remain open-minded to working with any new agencies that may offer something unique in terms of candidate quality and commercial arrangements but please be aware that because of the way we resource, you are unlikely to place candidates directly into Europa on your standard terms and rates.
