Career prior to EUROPA:

• Payless – Liaison Executive I was employed to assist in initial planning and set up of the start-up business model for a mortgage and financial services intermediary. This included the management of a remould of an existing commercial database, to meet the needs of the business model ensuring the availability of KPI reports. I was tasked with liaising with business partners to develop an understanding of the industry in order to tailor working processes.
• Amulet Group - Sales Panel Retention Manager (Direct & Indirect Divisions) I held entire responsibility for the planning, development and implementation of new systems and operational procedures for the Sales Panel Dept within a new telemarketing division of the company which provided LEI (Legal Expense Insurance). Managed and held responsibility for the planning and development of new department procedures and controls for both Direct & Indirect divisions of the company following a merge of divisions. Complete management of a team of multiple tasking individuals in servicing the needs of business partners and clients for the company. I was given total responsibility for the achievement of a company KPI target - Instructions In, a key revenue projection indicator for both ‘Direct’ and ‘Indirect’ divisions of the company.

Key knowledge/skills areas:

• Strong analytical skills and business awareness gained from the need to plan, develop and implement procedures in an effective and efficient manner in past roles. This has enabled me to home in on requirements and drivers for change within IT environments.
• Developed a strong understanding in the concepts of server consolidation and virtualisation across multiple hardware platforms. This has enabled me to apply this to the more wide ranging campaigns that I frequently work on which feature these as an underlying theme.
• Ability to absorb and understand information on new products and services that are being introduced or innovated.

I have worked on an abundance of campaigns ranging from hardware to software and also a number of wide ranging campaigns surrounding concepts such as consolidation, optimisation and virtualisation of IT environments. Some examples of campaigns worked on including: Intel & UNIX Hardware, Storage & Back Up, Virtualisation & Optimisation, Collaboration & System Management Tools.

About me and my life!.....

I enjoy doing all the nice things in life such as dining out, spending time with friends, family and loved ones. As for things like sport and hobbies - now days I confine myself to being an armchair critic and spectator…..
