Before EUROPA I was a project manager and team manager for an Firmstart, a Manchester based organisation providing managed office suites. A key task was to move the management company forward, ensuring that it met its business targets. As the main management coach, I re-engineered the employee organisation structure, overhauling and re-implementing management procedures.

In addition I designed and implemented the budgeting and reporting framework to enable strategic growth. This provided the foundation for acquiring and redeveloping further property, whilst guaranteeing the maintenance of existing freeholds.

Previously I had 7 years experience in financial services, specialising in investment and personal banking. Working for Abbey National and Co-Operative Bank. I was both a Business Support Officer, managing the administration function for 10 financial advisers dealing with high net worth clients, and earlier a Banking Centre Team Leader having worked through all the retail banking functions. Responsible for 12 staff, dealing with queries for branches and customers on core products e.g. Credit Card, banking and saving accounts. Seconded to Belfast Office to fully train two teams of advisers

Currently reside in Manchester having defected from my hometown of Oxford. I work from the Northern offices of EUROPA. I live with my fiancée and her daughter – a house run round the menagerie! I have been known to pick up and play a bass guitar from time to time, and enjoy getting hammered at squash.
