The company is undergoing rapid expansion and needs to urgently expand its internal sales team, based in Bracknell.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for lead generation, lead qualification and organic growth of new business for the UK market. This will include aggressive prospecting, cold calling, working with outside field sales and engineering teams to develop and close new business. You will be asked to drive inbound and outbound leads to the field and aggressively track their success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver of the client sales message through focused calling
- Development of opportunities to deliver quality leads
- Achieve all lead qualification quotas set on a quarterly basis which include specific meeting numbers, call volumes and number of evaluations delivered.
- Support Field-Sales requirements and develop inter-team synergy
- Educate the market place to the client’s unique, innovative and class leading solutions and approach to security
- Nurture existing contacts to leverage opportunities
- Profile prospects to build opportunity pipeline
- Build Market Intelligence through probing of incumbent solutions and contract length and the prospects happiness with it’s performance and service
Required Experience and Skills:
- Aggressive prospecting approach in-order to deliver call and lead numbers
- Delivery of high-level business calls to senior Decision-Makers
- Ability to match prospect pain to client solution and close
- Experience of the e-security market with product and industry knowledge
- A Nordic Language would be a considerable advantage.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Experience of tracking leads and reporting calling activity
- Accurate data entry and understanding of data formats
